- Open QB Software
- Choose the list
- Click on payroll item button, choose new item menu

- Add item name
- Finish item setup, click on next button
Resolve issue item list missing
- Open QB accounting
- Go to employee list
- Select, Manage payroll item
- Next, click on view or edit menu
