Log in as the Administrator
Log in from an account that has
administrator privileges or ask your network administrator to grant you

Reset Update
If you are logged in as the
Administrator and can’t find Spy Sweeper, you need to reset the update. Open
C:\ProgramFiles\Common Files\Intuit\QuickBooksxx\Components. Look for a folder
called downloadqb<nn> and rename it to download<nn>.old.
Turn off User Account Control
(UAC)

Press Windows + R keys from the keyboard

Type Control or Control Panel into the Run box

Maintenance

Type appwiz.cpl into it and then click OK

Under the program, list click on your QuickBooks
Desktop and click Uninstall

It may take some time to uninstall the program
